You are eligible for the Traffic School Dismissal Program if you have not attended traffic school in the past 18 months and you have an eligible violation. If you attend more than once in 18 months, the violation will show on your driving record.
If you decide to attend traffic school, you must sign up for traffic school with your court and pay all the necessary fees. Upon payment of the traffic school fees, you may select a school of your choice. You may attend any walk-in traffic school of your choice. You may use the tool on top of this screen to find a school nearest you.
If you choose to attend a homestudy traffic school, you must choose one that is approved by your court. You may use the tool on top of this screen to find the school that is approved by your county court.
If you do not complete the school and return the proof of completion by the due date, your fee will be converted to bail and will be forfeited. This will show as a conviction on your driving record. If you take homestudy traffic school for the above counties, your proof of completion will be sent to the court for you when you complete traffic school.
